A valid credit card # will hold your reservation.

Monthly rentals will be available after Labour Day Weekend.

Require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

When making a summer weekly reservation, a minimum deposit of $300 per week, per cottage must be received to confirm your rental. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Summer daily rental of the deluxe 1 bedroom cottage must have a $100 deposit and balance paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

Refunds will be available minus a $50 administration fee. If we are unable to rebook your cottage, you will be responsible for the full amount.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit, money order, Visa and Mastercard.

Personal cheques will be accepted for deposits or monthly rentals, however there will be a $25 NSF fee (No exceptions).

All rentals (unless stated) will have government tax applied (GST/HST).

2 & 3 Bedroom Cottages come equipped with TV, wireless internet, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans.

Check-in time is between 2-4 pm. If you will be later please advise the office at time of booking.

Check-out time is 10 am, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the family orientation of the business, everyone must be 25 years of age or older OR with family to stay here.

Quiet time is between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect this for the pleasure of all our guests.

Parking is designated and marked - One vehicle per cottage please. (Additional parking is available on the street).

Our pool is for the use of registered guests only. No Visitors.

Well mannered pets accepted in off season at extra charge.

Telephone hook ups are available for extended stays, otherwise a pay phone is located across the street.
