A valid credit card # will hold your reservation.

Are priced for stays 2 months or more, otherwise weekly rates are in effect. Two full months rent is due at time of booking.

Require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

When making a summer weekly reservation, a minimum deposit of $300 per week, per cottage must be received to confirm your rental. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Summer daily rental of the deluxe 1 bedroom cottage must have a $100 deposit and balance paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

Refunds will be available minus a $50 administration fee provided we are able to rebook your cottage.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit or money order. Visa and Mastercard will also be accepted.

Personal cheques will be accepted for deposits or monthly rentals, however there will be a $25 NSF fee (No exceptions).

All rentals (unless stated) will have a 10% government tax applied (5% GST & 5% PST).

2 & 3 Bedroom Cottages come equipped with TV, wireless internet, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans.

Bedding and towels are available at an additional charge

Check-in time is between 2-4 pm. If you will be later please advise the office.

Check-out time is 10 am, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the family orientation of Bucks cottages everyone must be 25 years of age or older OR with family to stay here.

Quiet time is between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect this for the pleasure of all our guests.

Parking is designated and marked - One vehicle per cottage please. (Additional parking is available on the street).

Our pool is for the use of registered guests only. No Visitors.

Well mannered pets accepted in off season at extra charge.

Telephone hook ups are available for extended stays, otherwise a pay phone is located across the street.
